I will generally draw anything if you pay me enough. I generally have no qualms about drawing "adult" artwork, odd fetishes, anthropomorphic characters, etc.

However, I am legally obligated to inform you that due to the grey areas in laws of Canada, I am not able to draw the following:

Paedophilia
"Toddlercon"
"Cub" pornography (non-sexual portrayals are accepted)
Sexually explicit "lolicon" and "shotacon" (non-sexual portrayals are accepted)

There are a few things I will not draw, they are as follows:

Hate art (against gender, ethnicity, sexual preference, an individual, etc.)
Anything involving scatophilia or "water sports"

There are also things that I am uncomfortable drawing, whether it is due to my lack of skill in that particular are or my hesitance about the subject matter. I am only human, so there are things that just plain make me uncomfortable. Here is a list of things I am hesitant to draw and will most likely charge extra if asked to:

Extremely detailed mechanical objects, armour or costumes
Excessive gore (especially anything involving noses or fingers being broken or severed *shudders*)
Any other material that I find I am uncomfortable drawing

By commissioning me, you are agreeing that that I ("Eevachu" J.L. Peat) as the artist, reserve all rights to the commissioned material, you will not own the copyrights to them, and that these commissions are to be used for personal use only. You, as the commissioner, retain all applicable rights to your original characters and concepts. However, works are not to be reproduced en mass (as in prints, buttons, etc.) or used for profit. Please contact me for information involving commercial art.

If you plan on using them for commercial uses, you must alert me upon commissioning. If I am not alerted, I reserve the right to confiscate my work and the rights to the use of my work (you will be refunded via the same means in which you paid). Commercial uses include logos, anything for a corporate entity (as in not an individual), anything involved with a petsite, website graphics, packaging art, etc. If you would like to inquire about a commercial commission, I will require that a legal agreement be made to protect my intellectual rights as an artist and legal rights to a percentage of the profits made off of my work.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request, for any reason.

As the artist I retain the rights to exhibit works in personal or promotional venues both online and elsewhere such as on my website (Eevachu.com) and deviantART (and possibly several other gallery sites like Fur Affinity, Ink Bunny, Manga Bullet, etc.) unless you expressly state that you do not want it posted. I reserve the right to include and display all work in my personal portfolio without exception. I also retain the right to reproduce prints of my work unless you expressly state you would not like me to reproduce it.

If you plan on posting these commissions publicly you must obtain my permission first, and the publicized piece must be credited back to me. YOU ARE NOT TO CLAIM THAT YOU HAVE DRAWN THE COMMISSION.

My preferred form of payment is PayPal (payment address: eevachu[at]hotmail.com), but other forms such as Alert Pay, well concealed cash/cheques or Western Union will be considered.

I am not responsible for any items/money lost in the mail.

Description of pose/action/scene of commission:

I'll send you an email back confirming that I will accept your commission and after all the details are finalized I will confirm your final price and payment details.

From there I will draw up a draft sketch (except for sketch, icon and “smaller” commissions) and will make up to 3 minor revisions per piece. At this point in the process, I will require that payment be sent in full. I will not start on the final piece until your payment is received. Depending on circumstances, alternative arrangements may be made, but I may require confirmation from other artists that you will pay for the commission.

There is an additional cost for shipping originals or prints. All pieces are shipped using Canada Post (other arrangements may be made if you’d like a more insured method). Shipping cost depends on the size of the art and destination. Please refer to the following chart for prices:

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (or depending on which is higher/more stable in United States Dollars). The price in another form of currency will be based on the current relative exchange rate (average rate over a week to a month). The cost of shipping is not included in the prices on this page. Prices on this page are subject to change at any time without notice.

General Character/Background Commissions:
The standard picture of a character doing something or a standard background/layout/landscape picture. Each piece includes 1 character & a basic background. Available in digital and traditonal in any specific medium. For each additional character in the picture it is an additional +50% of the base price.For a high detail background it is an additional +55% of the base price.

Convention or con badges are personalized identification badges often worn at conventions or gatherings by furries. (Not to be confused with official convention badges.) Badges DO NOT come with clips; badge clips are $1 extra.

Everybody likes getting a discount, so here are some discounts currently running on my commissions. Grab 'em quick, 'cause they may not last long!

The recycled roulette discount was designed with "green" in mind. All RR commissions are made on recycled materials (such as cardboard boxes, wood scraps, etc.) and are designed to fit in a standard letter envelope to greatly reduce shipping costs. RR commissions will be made with mixed media at the artist's discretion. Available in traditional only. Shipping costs still apply (although they are only $1-$2).

Prices
Don't want the hassle (and possible awkward questions) of getting prints done? Well prints of your digital commission are available directly from me! All prices are in Canadian Dollars or in United States Dollars if the current exchange rate favours it. Shipping is not included.

$3.50 for a Glossy 4" x 6" print
$5 for a Matte 8.5" x 11" print
$8 for a Satin 8.5" x 11" print

Website commissions are intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY (for personal blogs, deviantART journals, personal homepages, community forums, etc.). Any corporate (including individuals who are sole proprietors of their business, and "small" business) must alert me beforehand, as I will require that a legal agreement be made to protect my intellectual rights as the website designers and legal rights to a percentage of the profits made off of my designs.

Full websites include graphics and HTML/CSS coding. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the start of each full website project. Full websites will cost approx. $75-$150 depending on complexity.

I am also available for website maintenance and revamps, along with forum and blog setup. I can also be employed to regualry "update" websites if you are unable to.
